In Memoriam

Adam C. Elsmo

1961 – 2026

Adam C. Elsmo

Adam was born on May 23, 1961, to the late Todd and Mary (Clark) Elsmo. He later married the love of his life, Jamie Babicky, and together they shared a life filled with love, happiness, and countless memories.

Adam proudly served his country in the United States Air Force before beginning a career as an over-the-road truck driver. He later worked in construction as a concrete laborer, where his strong work ethic and determination were evident to all who knew him.

A lifelong learner, Adam had an endless curiosity about the universe and the mysteries of the unknown. He enjoyed reading, spending quiet time at home, and finding peace in the solitude of country living. He especially loved planting trees, working in his yard, and creating a place of comfort and tranquility for his family. Adam was known for being stubborn and always believing he was right, but beneath that determined exterior was a devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather who cared deeply for those he loved.

He is lovingly survived by his wife, Jamie Elsmo; his daughter, Ashley; his cherished grandchildren, Devin and Lydia; his siblings, Alan Elsmo of Hartford, Alisia Albright of Athens, Wisconsin, Annette (Shawn Barke) Elsmo of Birnamwood, Wisconsin, and Angela Elsmo; along with several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Todd and Mary (Clark) Elsmo; his mother- and father-in-law, James and Anna Mae Babicky; his brother-in-law, Joe Albright; and his brother, Aaron Elsmo.

Adam's family will forever remember his unwavering determination, his inquisitive mind, and the quiet joy he found in nature and home. Though he will be deeply missed, the memories he created and the love he shared will remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

A celebration of life will be held at a late date.

Arrangements by Mid Wisconsin Cremation Society.
