In Memoriam

Lloyd J. Jolin

1956 – 2026

Lloyd J. Jolin

Lloyd J. Jolin, 69 of Wittenberg, died on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at his home, under the care of his family and Interim Hospice.

Lloyd was born on June 7, 1956, in Rhinelander, the son of Vernon and Annis (Jackson) Jolin.

On August 5, 1978, Lloyd was united in marriage to Marcia Stewart in Tigerton.

Lloyd worked for many years as a laborer at Morgan Doors and alongside his brothers in Jolin Plastering and Jolin Lawncare. He was a beloved member of the Wittenberg community where many people knew him from The Olde Dime Store. He could be found talking to everyone and was known as one of the "coffee clutch guys" at the Tigerton Café.

Lloyd enjoyed hunting and fishing, passions he was unable to pursue in recent years. We can only imagine he is now making up for lost time with his brother Bob, laughing together until they cry. He loved watching the deer and birds that gathered outside his patio window and treasured time spent with his furry companions, Bud and Duncan. Above all, Lloyd deeply valued time with his family.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, Marcia; daughter, Laura; son, Mike; sisters, Mary (Floyd) Johnson, Emmie (Dennis) Clauson; brothers, Ken Jolin, Jon Jolin, Jerry Jolin, Don (Kathy) Jolin and Vern Jolin Jr.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Debra Walsh, Mary Harris and Dennis (Linda) Stewart, as well as numerous nieces and nephews that he helped raise.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ed Jolin and Bob (Rose) Jolin; sisters, Evelyn Voight and Charlotte Fisher; father and mother-in-law, Jim and Sarah Stewart, and brothers-in-law, David Stewart and Dale Harris.

Arrangements by Schmidt & Schulta Funeral Home.
