Reuben 'Duke' Frahm, 95, of Ringle, died on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Aspirus Hospice House in Wausau.
Duke was born on December 4, 1930, in the Town of Bern, the son of George Sr. and Anna (Klein) Frahm.
On November 3, 1956, Duke was united in marriage to Myrna Ullenbrauck at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Wausau.
Duke was a United States Army Veteran and a member of the Ringle-Hatley VFW Post #8342.
Duke worked as a carpenter for various companies. He enjoyed deer hunting and woodworking, often making bird feeders and bird houses.
Duke is survived by his wife, Myrna; two sons, Mark (Kathy) Frahm and Michael Frahm; three grandchildren, Heather (Devon) Harms, Jacob (Jessica) Frahm and Brittany (Alex Radtke) Frahm; two great-grandchildren, Carson Harms and Hunter Frahm.
Duke was preceded in death by his parents; daughter in infancy, Diane Marie; brothers, John "Hunts", Marvin "Sons", LeRoy "Bobby", Orville "Toots", George "Ki", Harold "Bip", Leonard Sr. "Bups", and one brother in infancy, Arthur; sisters; Dorothy "Ditty" and Florabell "Honey".
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ringle. Rev. James Mattek will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Rest Cemetery in Elderton. Visitation will be on Wednesday, from 9AM until the time of the service at the church.
