In Memoriam

Russell Earl Proctor

2026

Russell Earl Proctor

He leaves behind a legacy of quiet strength, devotion, and integrity.

For 38 years, Russell dedicated himself to his career at Weyerhauser as a Journeyman electrician. Russell was a family man, who balanced life's demands with his deep passion for the open road, finding freedom and joy riding and working on his motorcycles. He was a leader among his brothers, and wore his colors with Pride.

Russell was a devoted father, and cherished spending time with his son Zechariah teaching him how to safely shoot, as well as with his daughter Brooke – often taking motorcycle rides to explore state parks.

A student of military history, he held a deep respect for those who served. He was guided by a strong faith, and maintained a reverence for God through all seasons of life. In his later years, he served others through Alcoholics Anonymous, offering support and leadership to those battling addiction.

Though a traumatic brain injury changed his path, Russell fought with courage and taught us the true meaning of resilience. Those who knew Russell will remember his humor and kindness, which shone through even during the toughest days.

Arrangements by Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee.
