William was born on February 12, 1956 in Libertyville, IL the son of Frederick Alois and Lorraine Frances (Dolejs) Fellner.
William proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He served from 1973 to 1975 and attained the rank of Corporal.
William is survived by his siblings, Patricia (Dan) Cox, Melanie (Michael) Gurath, Diane Schooley, Frederick J. (Lydia) Fellner, Karl R. Fellner and many nieces and nephews.
William was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Dell Schooley.
A Military Honors graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at Elmwood Cemetery, Antigo.
