Dawn Osness, age 69, of Merrill, passed away on April 27, 2026, at Woodland Court under hospice care.
She is lovingly remembered by her domestic partner of many years, Mark Mensching; her daughter, Breanne Semling (Scott); her son, Josh Osness (Ashton); her granddaughters, Ally Sus (Jayden), Ashlynn Semling, and Kendel Semling; and her grandson, Archer Osness. She is further survived by her brother, Basil Woller (Valerie), and her sister, Lorie Kurtzweil (Chrys).
Dawn was preceded in death by her sister, Beth, and her parents, Kenneth and Elida Woller.
Dawn cherished time spent with family and friends. She was an avid bowler for more than 50 years and enjoyed many trips to the casinos with friends. She took great pride in her long career at Weinbrenner, where she worked for over 40 years.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Aspirus Health and Woodland Court for their compassionate care.
At her request, there will not be a funeral service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
