Francie Skyles

1976 – 2026

Francie Skyles

Francie Skyles, born November 25, 1976, in Antigo, Wisconsin, to Timmon and Ruth (Koeppel) Tveten, passed away after a courageous eight-year battle with cancer.

Francie was a bright light in every life she touched—someone who always found the good in people and situations, and whose positivity was truly contagious. She had a deep love for music and was a devoted fan of the band "Barenaked Ladies." In the kitchen, she was an amazing cook, bringing people together through meals made with care and joy. She was also known as a fierce cribbage player, never backing down from a good game.

An animal lover at heart, Francie shared a special bond with her beloved German Shepherd, Schaffen. Her warmth, laughter, and unwavering optimism made her a source of comfort and strength to those around her, even through her long and difficult illness, which she faced with grace and resilience until the very end.

Francie is survived by her loving husband, Ken; her parents, Timmon and Ruth Tveten; her brother, Christopher (Haley); her sister, Charlotte (Jesse) Seymour; and many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her stepdaughter, Shelby Casper.

Francie will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, and the light she brought into the world. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Arrangements by Mid Wisconsin Cremation Society.
