Kathleen Kraklow, age 76, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2026. She was born on December 15, 1949, to the late Thomas and Loretta (Simcakoski) Fisher.
Kathleen was a kind, caring, and generous soul who found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved doing crossword puzzles, playing bingo, and going out to eat with family, friends, and cousins. She had a deep love for animals—especially dogs—and often took in strays and rescues, giving them care, comfort, and a safe place to call home.
Kathleen was always willing to help anyone in need and looked out for her neighbors as if they were family, serving as her own kind of neighborhood watch. She also enjoyed feeding and watching the birds and rabbits, finding peace and happiness in nature.
She is survived by her loving children: Jenny (Tim Bluem), Thomas (significant other Vicki Zabawa), and Carmen (significant other Leon Liebl); her cherished grandchildren, Jasmine Lilyquist, Colton Dahms, and Brian (Michelle) Dahms; and her adored great-grandchildren, Bennett and Madeline Dahms.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Darlene Schroda; and her brother, Richard Fisher.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, and remembered for her compassion, generosity, and unwavering care for both people and animals.
A celebration of Kathleen's life will be held at a later date.
