Kimberly Bahrs, age 53, passed away on January 20, 2026. She was born on November 19, 1972, to William and Brenda (Marlett) Nelson.
Kimberly was a devoted partner, loving mother, sister, and friend. She shared 37 years of her life with her partner, Keith Ligman, building a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
She was the proud mother of Justin, Dillion, Jordan, Jared, Tyler, and Jonathan. Kimberly's love for her children was constant and unwavering, and her family meant everything to her.
Kimberly had a joyful spirit and a great sense of humor. She was known for her good laugh, her ability to make up words, and her love of talking with friends and family. She found happiness in the simple things—sitting and watching her favorite shows, collecting dolphin and angel figurines, going to old car shows, enjoying sweets, and sipping on Dr. Pepper. She also loved spending time outdoors, going on hikes, and visiting waterfalls. She was all about peace, love, and rainbows.
She is survived by her partner, Keith Ligman; her children; mother, Brenda; her stepbrother, Steve; Aunt, Heather; and Cousin, Nick.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her father, William Nelson; her infant son, Michael; and her aunt, Carol.
Kimberly will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her warmth, humor, and loving heart will live on in the memories she leaves behind.
