Larry Bergh, age 71, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026. He was born on December 27, 1954, to Evelyn McWilliams and Leonard Bergh Sr.
After getting his GED, he headed off to the Navy. When he came home, he was a cook, settled down in Merrill, and married in 1976. He then worked for Franzen Brothers Circus for a short while, returning home to be a cook, then settled into over-the-road trucking for 33 years.
He is survived by his daughters, Colleen (Richard) Martiny and Karen Bergh. Grandchildren Dakota (Kathleen) Martin, Rusty Martin, Lillian Martin, Shawana (Conor) Martin, Blaze (Brianna) Martiny, great grandchildren Sophia, Emmalynn, Waverly, Phoebe, Nephew Ray Carawan, and many other nieces and nephews.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Dennis Bergh, Bernard "Buck" Bergh and Leonard Bergh Jr.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
