Lynn M. Duberstein, 63, Weston, died Friday, March 13, 2026, knowing her loving family and friends came to support her through her end-of-life journey. She was born Tuesday, February 5, 1963, the beloved daughter of Ronald and Margaret (Condon) Buchacek. On July 19, 1985, she married Kenneth (Ken) Duberstein celebrating their 40 years with a fun road trip together.
Lynn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, auntie and great auntie Wynn. She cherished her children and grandchildren and especially loved celebrating family birthdays and anniversaries, truly valuing the importance of these special occasions. She preferred tropical weather and fondly reminisced about the years spent living in a gated community in Lakeland Florida. Lynn traveled on many adventures with her family seeking warmer climates to stroll along the ocean or whale watch in Maui. Lynn enjoyed going out to eat and spending time chatting over delicious food at local favorites like Pinewood, Pit Stop, Hammer Down, Casa Mezcal, The Mint Café, 2510, and Gorski's. Lynn's greatest passion was following the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders reality series and their pursuit of making it. She often recounted details of traveling with Ken that took them all over the country.
Lynn felt fortunate to work as a Health Care Aid at Cedar Ridge and attend to the needs of residents. While in Lakeland, she worked as a gate security attendant and had a blast buzzing around the complex in her golf cart. She was an active member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, supporting their programs as a volunteer.
Lynn made friends easily and was a caring friend. She especially loved her best friends Joyce and Jessie. Lynn had a true gift she gave to others by being present to listen and offer her kind heartfelt support. She also had immense empathy and genuinely cared for the wellbeing of others. Her family and friends will treasure the many fun times spent in her company laughing, celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, dancing at concerts, holding grand babies, shopping at Sally's and Ulta Beauty, and talking on the phone to catch up on everyone's plans. She taught us a lot, and conversations with her remain alive in our heart and minds.
Lynn had resilience and strength that could not be squelched while enduring multiple treatments for breast cancer that lasted over a decade. Lynn was beautiful and took pride in her appearance, often sharing her knowledge of living a healthy lifestyle.
