Robert "Bob" Joseph Faber

Robert “Bob” Joseph Faber May 17, 1969 – May 21, 2026

Robert “PeeWee” Faber, age 57, of Spencer, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly at home on May 21, 2026.

Born on May 17, 1969, in Neillsville, Wisconsin, Bob was the cherished son of Joseph and Jean (Strey) Faber. After graduating from Loyal High School in 1987, he pursued his passion for electrical work, beginning his career at Wisconsin Homes. Through years of dedication and hard work, Bob became a Master Electrician and proudly established his own business, Faber Electric. He was known not only for his skill, but also for his generosity — always willing to lend a hand or offer guidance to friends, neighbors, and customers alike.

In 1989, Bob met Tracy Boushack in Marshfield, and together they built a loving family. Bob and Tracy were blessed with two daughters, Lauren and Haley, who brought him endless joy and pride.

Bob cherished the outdoors, whether boating on calm waters, hunting in the woods, or competing in long-range shooting. He loved a good challenge and approached life with the same passion and precision he brought to his work.

He is survived by his wife, Tracy; his daughters, Lauren and Haley; his parents, Joseph and Jean Faber; his sisters, Tammy Heil (Kurt) and Sandra Leonhard (Gerard); and his brothers, Edward and Tracy (Tanneberg) Faber, Steven and Jessica (Nelson) Faber. He is also survived by his favorite in-laws, Debbie and Paul Boushack; his brothers-in-law, Greg and Ayme (VerKilen) Boushack and Jeremiah Boushack; many cherished nieces and nephews; and his beloved fur babies, Kipton, Winnie, and Alaska.

Bob’s warmth, humor, smart mouth, and unwavering commitment to family and community will be remembered by all who knew him. Most especially, he will be remembered by those who loved him for always saying, “Don’t tell me what to do.”

A celebration of Bob’s life will be held on June 27th, 2026 in the Marshfield Junior Fair Building, Marshfield Wisconsin, from noon to 3pm.
