Theresa Graap

1950 – 2026

Theresa Graap

Theresa Graap, age 75, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2026. She was born on July 24, 1950, the daughter of the late Gus and Anna (Wanka) Zastrow.

Theresa married the love of her life, Gerald Graap, on April 24, 1981. Gerald preceded her in death on August 22, 1992. Together, they shared a devoted marriage and were blessed with one daughter, Linda, who was the center of Theresa's world.

Theresa was a factory worker at Northern Door, where she worked for many years as a molding operator. In retirement, she truly embraced life. She loved watching television, was extremely social, and thrived on being around people-always the life of the party. Theresa was a passionate Green Bay Packers fan and especially enjoyed talking sports with her son-in-law, Jeremy, loved Daniel O'Donnel and Polka's.

Known for her caring heart, Theresa deeply loved her people and was always checking in to make sure everyone was okay. She was a wonderful cook and baker, generously sharing her talents with family and friends. She also cherished her special friendship with the "Merrill-Go-Round" bus drivers, who affectionately called her "trouble," often announcing they were "picking up trouble" when they arrived-something that never failed to bring a smile.

Theresa will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Linda (Jeremy) Nass; her brother, Jerry (Sue) Zastrow; her beloved grand-puppy, Izzy Bella; and her many dear friends at Jenny Towers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Graap, and her sister, MaryAnn Zastrow.

Theresa's warmth, humor, and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of Theresa's life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements by Mid Wisconsin Cremation Society.
